Job responsibilities:

(1 ) determine the project supervision mechanism of the division of personnel and responsibilities;

(2 ) presided over the preparation of project supervision plan and approve project supervision implementation details, and is responsible for the management of project supervision of the daily work;

(3 ) review subcontractor qualification, and put forward examination opinions ;

(4 ) check and supervise the work of supervisors, according to the project progress personnel, on the incompetent personnel should change its work;

(5 ) presides over the conference of job of manage of inspect of project management organization, issued documents and instructions ;

(6 ) approval of commencement report submitted by the contractor, the construction organization design, technical plan, schedule ;

(7 ) signed contract audit unit application, certificate of payment and settlement ;

(8 ) to examine and handle engineering change ;

(9 ) chaired or participated in the project quality accident investigation ;

(10 ) mediate the construction unit and contractor contract disputes, claims processing, approval of project delay ;

(11 ) prepare and issue monthly supervision report, phase report of supervision work, special report and supervision work summary ;

(12 ) the audit endorse engineering division and unit project quality inspection and evaluation data, review the contractor completed application, organization management staff treat acceptance of project quality inspection, the project completion acceptance ;

(13 ) presided over the finishing project supervision data.

Qualifications:

1, age 30 ~ 55 years old, bachelor degree in civil or mechanical and electrical installation, water and electricity is relevant and professional

2 three years director working experience is preferred

3 English foundation is good

4 have national registered certificate of inspect manage engineer is preferred
